Presentation Guidelines
Before proceeding, please read the following guidelines:
- Presentations must be in PDF or PowerPoint format.
- Content should be appropriate, clear, and aligned with the event theme.
- All submitted presentations are subject to review before the event.
- You can still submit later if you’re not ready now.
Additional Pitch Guidelines
Kindly be advised that:
- The pitch duration will be 10 minutes (hard stop, no extensions).
- During your pitch, slides will be projected behind you. Only Microsoft PowerPoint is accepted; PDF or Google Slides will also be accepted.
- Please avoid too much text — an image is worth 1000 words.
- Maximum of 5 slides allowed.
- All presentations will be reviewed for quality and consistency one week before Innovate4WASH.
- A coaching & rehearsal session will be held on in the plenary room. Please confirm attendance in advance.
Step One
1.Full names of the person making the presentation
2.Their designation
3.A passport picture of the presenter
4.Title & main focus topic of your pitch
Step Two — In your 10-minute pitch, cover the following:
1.Introduce yourself and summarize the mission of your organization/project/initiative, including:
- Key activities (1 sentence)
- How you generate value/impact/profit
- Level of maturity — what you’ve achieved so far
- Key partners
2.Explain the main challenge, issue, or barrier you are facing (e.g., lack of financing, need for partners, technical solution, etc.).
3.Clearly articulate your ask to the audience — the question you hope someone can answer or connect you with a solution.
